A Structured Space for Emotional Healing, Growth & Self-Understanding

The Théla Foundations Group is a small, therapist-facilitated virtual group designed for adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, reactive, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or exhausted from constantly trying to hold everything together alone.

This program integrates evidence-informed approaches including DBT, EFT, IFS, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and EMDR-informed resourcing to help participants build emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness, improve relationships, and better understand the emotional patterns shaping their lives.

The group combines psychoeducation, guided reflection, practical coping tools, experiential exercises, and supportive group discussion in a structured and emotionally attuned environment.
