About the ADHD-Friendly Task Support Sheet
Built for the way ADHD brains actually work — not the way productivity culture assumes they should. ADHD brains run on interest, urgency, novelty, and challenge. They do not generate motivation on demand, sustain linear focus, or transition smoothly between tasks. Most planning tools are built for neurotypical executive function. This one is not. The sheet moves through four sections: a brain dump to offload working memory, a three-bucket priority sort (Today / Soon / Later), a focus block planner with short sprints, and a brain check-in that asks what your brain actually needs before you start — movement, food, grounding, reduced distraction, or just to begin anyway. There is also an end-of-day debrief built on honesty rather than performance. Designed by a therapist with specialisation in ADHD and trauma.
